Orders received after 2:00 pm local time will be processed the next business day.

We will need 2-4 business days for fulfillment of non-embroidery order requests (subject to stock availability).

We will need 10-14 business days for fulfillment of embroidery order requests (subject to stock availability).

The above fulfillment times do not include transit time. Please add additional time for shipping.

All orders, unless specified, will ship out via SF Express or Express Mail Service (EMS) and can take up to 2 additional business days to receive after fulfillment.

Freight collect, no minimum order quantity, except where specified.
